Support
Email support@rigto.io for anything about your account, your site, or something that is not working. If you already have an account, the help widget inside the app is quicker: it reaches the same place and arrives with the context of what you were doing, so there is less back and forth.
Reporting a problem
Every screen in the product has a "report a problem" action. It sends the technical detail along with your description, which usually means we can reproduce the issue without asking you to explain it twice. If a page ever crashes, that is reported automatically - you do not need to do anything.
A site built with Rigto
If you are trying to reach the owner of a business whose website runs on Rigto, contact them
through their own site. We host it, but we do not speak for the business, and we cannot pass
messages on. Sites built with Rigto live at their own address, in the form
<name>.rigto.io.
Privacy and your data
Requests about your personal data - access, correction, export or deletion - can be made from the account settings inside the app, or by emailing support@rigto.io. What we collect and why is set out in the privacy policy.
